Exactly... you may give most or all of it back on most sell signal when the market is trending higher, but guaranteed you will never miss the top if you take every sell signal... and the same for the bottom, you can never miss the bottom if you take every buy signal... no one knows where any top or bottom will be, but the market will do all the work without having to think about anything, the model will not miss any meaningful move... My model is short for two weeks as of today and already has a gain of 70 SP points, and it's only first becoming apparent to everyone else that the market is actually trending downward... GZ
