re..marketable NPR did a piece on this fish a while back... seems...China's Rivers are much worse.. therefore...Ohio River Fish are...relatively speaking.. R..some... Clean...Tasty .....Critters (to help in the marketing campaign... they are called... **Silver Fin....*** locals here call em..carp.....big head.....garbage fish...ect...ect usually..one or two..fishermen are killed each year..buy jumping carp..knocking them from their boats... no mention of the brand of beer they were..most likely..drinking youtube.com
