I now understand the basis of all your thinking-a state wide levy to support solar and wind powered desalination would only be acceptable when it is you that is receiving the subsidy or benefit-Your green thinking and actions are good, especially when subsidized by other rate payers, but other green schemes are bad if it costs you.
