It will take an act of Congress like TAPs to get it built. Every loony lefty in the country will go into every court they can find. It will be like spinning the prayer wheels. It will make the loons feel so good - as they purport so loudly to care - lol - they do not care about anyone or anything but CO2 - loony. LOL - nothing but nothing is better than this to show just how LOONY they are. So far I have not seen any of the loons claim they care about the unemployed. Carbon or jobs?
