Ann,
Here is the new plan. When I have kids I will sart taking them to Georgia Tech Basketball games so that they become die hard Tech fans. Then when it is time to pick a college they will want to go to Tech. The way my portfolio is looking I will only be able to afford to send them to a state school( Although, Georgia Tech is much better than most private institiutions). Is Nicholas a Cornhusker yet. Sorry to see Osborne step down. A national championship would be a great way to go out, but I honestly think that Michigan is by far the best team in the country. Take care

Ann, I thought I said the selling should be over soon but when I saw only 2 markets up a cpl. of points very early this morning, I knew we were in for it. It might take longer than I thought. Those downgrades keep coming and it's hard to make headway against that. Intel is holding up pretty good so far.
