This isn't a Shining Tree specific subject...

I ran across this, today: Message 29412228

Read the article in the link...

I know nothing at all about the company, or the prospect discussed, etc.

What I do think I know... is that a year ago... it wouldn't have made a lick of difference in the market price of any company... to have put out news like that... reporting on the grade in the intercept in a drill core.

42 metres @ 6.85 g/t isn't numbers you'd tend to ignore...

But seeing any company having a share price DOUBLE because of reporting out positive results from a single drill core ?

It still may not prove true that gold has finally bottomed... prices easily could turn lower again...

But, I think it is a fact that there has recently been a bottom being put in as far as "activity"... and "market interest" is coming around...

We're still pretty clearly years away from looking like there is a risk of another market peak in gold... ?

Many indications... across the range of mining potentials... that "Activity" is picking up.... with a lot of "bottom fishing" by what looks like "smarter than average" money apparent.

My guess... is that a bottom in activity... is justified... whatever it is that happens next in broader markets, and in market prices for gold and silver over the next 6 months...

If this isn't a bottom, yet... but only a trade-able rally near the end of a bear market... I think you can probably begin to see a bottom forming from here... and we might see convincing evidence of that in the next couple of months... if not a proof.
