When my late wife (I recently got married again) had problems (i.e; depression) and saw a shrink, the shrink was telling me I had to put myself in her shoes, so I did. Women have multiple orgasms so I must do things to generate that. Maybe, your talking about a boy playing a girls part in a play. There's nothing wrong in role playing. I doubt that's going to cause a young child to want to have a transgender operation.
