I would like to nominate epicure, with a new name, to take over the threads. I will miss her greatly if she drifts off. She has given so much to the threads, it cannot be really described. If she stays, I promise to make my comments more meaningful in order to keep her interested. I think she knows I am not being sarcastic.

epi..... Here is a great recommendation that will allow you to fill up your tank and perhaps then continue moderating. "Borgen" has released season 3 and I have finished watching the first disc. Why I am posting this here and not on the "Books....." thread(I will copy it there) is that the show is remarkably political and very much in tune with what is going on in this country. It is set in Denmark and continues to follow the first female Prime Minister after she has left office, three years after her term. It is remarkable writing, acting, and filming and for me, is right up there as a series with "Wire", "The Sopranos", etc.. It is available on Amazon and has been shown on PBS. amazon.com
