What I can't understand is AMAT is down 5 1/2 they didn't announce anything. KLIC did and is down only 7. Why????? If and When AMAT announces this thing can be in the teens?? This is crazy, not logical investing(selling).

You are not foolish, at least alone. Just a few months ago this thread was talking about breaking 65. I sold at 50 and 45 (post split prices), just because I didn't believe that anything had happened in the year to warrant a 4 fold increase. Now I am pursuaded that nothing has happened that warrants a 50% decrease either. I'll shortly be a buyer with an 18 month horizon (taxes you know).
