Good one JIm. Even with a Great Lake - we all have water meters. There are times in the summer when there are sprinkling bans due to draws that stress the delivery capacity of the system - but never the supply.

Some day people will come back to America's north coast where there is water aplenty - especially when we get warmer. This year is not a good advertisement for the Chamber of Commerce - unless you are selling snow shovels.

That flat fee covers sewer also? I have my own well and still have a meter, which is how my sewer bill is determined.
