What's up? Not much.

There may be a gradual dawning realization that the U. S. Treasury may have to suspend payments on some obligations in the next few weeks.

A big problem with this is that the U. S. Constitution forbids doing this. Why? Because of what happened in 1780.

But that was so long ago. Who cares what happened then?

This time is different.
