while the US Congress has nothing better to do but beat down on the USPS, the USPS folks on the other hand are becoming creative such as this one and others like co-operating with FedEx to offload them some of the burden of deliveries etc. That USPS kept its promise during Christmas while FedEx and UPS failed should say a lot for the experience and organization of the USPS. We just cannot dispense off with the USPS just because "it is another Govt. agency."
