David, I think the way Tom explained it was "Produced by Highway One and Published by Digital Ranch 101". Also note that our own David Elliot, TMM employee, additionally has production credits on the actual CD as posted a few days ago. You might want to give David a call at the TMM office if you want to find out more about the actual production of the CD. He is a great guy to talk to and will undoubtedly tell you all he can legally disclose.

This deal apparently pre-dates the AMCI/TMM merger by a long time and is IMHO one of the assets that AMCI brought to the merger, along with the Trudef product and several others now in production. I have no doubt that we got our money's worth on the merger and that without it we would be back in bankruptcy court by now.

Nobody should be panicking right now, even though the stock price is getting trashed. All the signs from TMM are positive and I fully expect to confirm that next week. JP and I will also address the financial reporting issue if it does end up being required by NASDAQ after today's meeting.

I've also been hit hard by this recent OTC BB stock trashing, losing about half my BB stock portfolio value in the past two weeks. Not fun. Just hope my wife doesn't decide to ask how that account is doing for a while<g>.
