I might miss the dip, but I don't see anything very cheap yet. So I am holding. I did some small buys last week, nothing worth mentioning (I'm gonna post my monthly report soon anyway :)). I think that's partly why market continues dipping. The momentum and macro guys are negative while the value guys still don't see good bargains... Anyway, just MHO. Might be wrong, who knows. :) I am currently about 3.5% down from top.
