hello 2mar$, am on tranquil koh samui in peaceful thailand, better than peaceful kiev in tranquil ukraine

have not spotted any people's council sort yet for the island's people cares not much about what happens in bangkok if anything is happening there

there seems to be some sort of a tiff between the urban middle class comprised of significant #s of thai chinese and the ethnic chinese prime minister who is strongly supported by the rural thai folks.

the king has a strong voice, has so far stayed out of the tiff

am unsure of the result of the election (feb 2nd) as the vote is still being tallied, but am sure the ruling party won, because of the masses support

thailand should not worry us, for it shall not be the start of any financial storm for the foreseeable future

on the other hand i understand that immediately after the olympics mr putin shall do something for the ethnic russians of ukraine

sure looks like that a new cold war is starting, and if so, should energize the markets

and it looks like medium range tactical nukes are to be fielded soon enough
