Personally, I am not a buyer at these levels. but on a relative basis at this time, NSH looks to be the better buy here. Although their incentive splits are among the most wonderful for the LP holder in the space, there is still an incentive split which leverages the GP returns (up and down). usually the discount in yield between the two is greater than 100bps, but with the uncertainty around the distn, it appears pretty tight at this point.
