OK, you want to tell us where you got this >>"fact"<< from?


If I didn't have an "if" in my answer there should have been one. "If" the PSU scientist did in fact urge the East Anglican scientists to "mislead" with the climate data in the emails in question then the defendant has a defense to the defamation suit.

I have no actual knowledge of the facts as to whether the PSU scientist did or did or did not do this (this will be a question for the jury to answer). I was just setting out legal theory in a defamation suit.
