I know the president of two small local banks, every month they got a call from the dems congressmen here and asked how many minoirity home loans last month, they would tell them and the dems would say, not good enough we will come down hard on you if you don't increase those numbers. It got to a point those presidents said that if a black just walked in he got a home loan, what the shit they said they just bundle them with others and sold them to wall street, either that of the feds would have shut them down
