I don't think that is the issue with DBC prices for BB stocks. One BB
I own, ABMC, is fully reporting and provisonally approved for NASDAQ small market, yet they have no price for them either. Looks more likely to be a technical problem at DBC, possibly tied to the change you mentioned.

Great recovery on a lousy day today - obviously some serious interest. An isolated speck of green in a sea of red. The Philly plan was in place before the recent Nasdaq moves. It is absolutely necessary to move to gain recognition, but I'm not sure Philly is worth the effort. As you say, get as much benefit just by filing and staying on OTC.

Whatever it is, they should do it soon.
