I don't understand this statement. I would think that 100% of Apple customers are willing to pay the Apple premium, whether that's a growing pool of customers or shrinking pool of customers.

Or are you suggesting that more and more former iPhone customers are switching away from iPhone than ever before? If so, can you point me to the what data makes you think that iPhone retention/ loyalty is any lower now than it has ever been?
