Craig, they're saying the same thing all over the world about banks...

"The Royal Bank of Scotland expects to spend nearly œ30 million on remodelling its software. NatWest Bank says the problem will cost about 3 per cent of its IT budget until 2000... The issue is beginning to affect takeovers. Last week a $650 million Dutch privatisation collapsed when Getronics, the IT company bidding for Roccade, the state computer services agency, said legal worries about the bug made it too risky to proceed."
