Good morning Doug,

I've been trying to systematicaly stalk the PGDCEBs and hopefully report progress here on the thread. Thank you for your recent excellent post describing the process in detail. Can you clear up one question for me about the gap itself?

Must the opening gap itself be 30% or greater to qualify, or are we looking only for a 30% decline in one day with a significant opening gap? Example: MMGC opens 24% below previous day's close. At the low for the day it is down 40% from the previous close. It ends the day with a 34% loss. Is this a PGDCEB candidate or not?

A simple yes (it is a PGDCEB candidate) or no (it's not) will suffice.

Esteban

Doug- WBB has been beautiful, but it can't have too much more to go. I tried to draw an IL for this, but gave it up. Other gappers that look good on long term stochastics (55,21,21), intermediate stoch (13,8,8) and same for MACD (13,34,89 and 12,26,9)as well as moneyflow, and obv are: AHLS, CBN, RADS,and SIS. You may want to give them a second look.

Regards,

-Al

I also like CNMD & TRVS....these two gapped off of 20 but they look really strong...(CNMD is the stronger of the two. But TRVS just came out with strong earnings and was just written up in IBD. )
