One concern is, as someone else addressed, that they've eaten up a ton of their US cash. Not that there's not a big chunk left over, but they do need to keep an eye on how they'd handle a massive acquisition if one became of interest.
After buying $14 billion in shares, it would be a concern for any company but one. Six weeks into this quarter Apple has north of $21 billion in the US and $125 billion outside of the US. That is enough to buy with cash all but any of the 16 most expensive companies in the S&P 500.
