Keystone pipeline would, at best, generate 40k jobs. Counting direct and indirect jobs. Most of those would be construction jobs and hence temporary. A whopping 50 permanent jobs would be created.

Now I think Keystone should be built. But it won't be having the claimed economic impact. Virtually all of what the House GOP has done is similar. In many cases they would actually cost jobs.

So try again.
