Alarmingly, they continue to get stupider. The facts are straightforward. This is no longer a scientific debate. It is scientific fact. As recent analysis of the reasoning ability revealed in media content show, advocates for empowering centralized government to direct the economy and control the weather now reveal IQs that are plunging below 85, meaning more people than ever before will soon become morons.

At the current rate of increase, by the end of the decade, the accelerating pace of growth in scientific illiteracy, irrationality, and willing acceptance of irrational propaganda being presented in the media as truth... will mean significant economic disruptions... more velcro, fewer shoe laces.

This article is a perfect example of the ongoing propaganda campaign at its absolute mindless worst:

It's true that the mechanisms are different, but the expression is apt in that a greenhouse keeps the inside warmer on a cold night [or on a cold day], whereas the crop would freeze without the greenhouse [assuming it got so cold outside]. <The effect of CO2, H20, methane ...etc in delaying the radiative cooling of the earth has no relationship to the mechanism of a Green House warming in sunlight. Calling them green house gasses is universally accepted it seems, but is wrong.>

Adding carbon to oxygen in the air doesn't work the same way as an actual greenhouse, but it does help keep us warmer [albeit not enough to be helpful]. The main benefit is the big boost to crop growth and reduction in irrigation required.

that makes a lot of sense. Did you see last week that they have determined that the mechanism for the warming in the arctic isn't what they thought it was. That being that the reduced albedo from less ice coupled with the GHG effect of the CO2 would cause warming at the poles at an accelerated rate.

But since we aren't seeing the warming at the poles that the models predicted, they are scraping that theory, (hey! I thought the science was settled!) in favor of an inversion layer over the arctic keeping everything nice and chill.
