Conservatively, with 3-5yr growth estimates of 20%, in about 12 months (TTM on a PEG basis) TXN at $43 will be slightly undervalued

<How much of an effect will asia have on TXN.>

There is the direct effect of TXN sales to Asia. There is the more substantial indirect effect of general slowing technological growth, and increasing pricing pressure. Obviously, pretty hard to quantify.
