The reason the Left on SI and everywhere else consistently try to shut down debate is that there are difficult questions that you don't like to answer because the answers make you uncomfortable or they make you look silly. That is more BS projection. It is similar to the line that everyone in the world "envies" people in the US, and wants to come here, lol. Let's look at your actual comment, shall we? Chris, do you believe that killing an infant shortly before it leaves the birth canal is a reasonable way of of controlling overpopulation? Chris didn't combine those two things, you did. Partial birth abortion is one thing, abortion in the first trimester is another thing. Partial birth abortion is extremely rare, it is only done in emergency situations when the health of the mother is at extreme risk.

Actually there is no such term medically as Partial Birth Abortion Just like there is no such thing as Death Taxes These are terms coined to appeal emotionally to low information, single issue Republicans, who can then be manipulated to support any lunatic candidate they have in their pocket to support any agenda they want Can't have no PBA, so I'll vote for Fred who is agin it, and is also for no regulation on the assholes who are poisoning my water and giving tax breaks to corporation and billionaires..but al least we won't have to worry about saving the life of a 10 year old impregnated by her father trying to deliver a breach baby.. Why stupid people should not have the vote
