Well it that altitude 6 ft or 3 ft to start and is it being halfed by 3 ft or 18 inches.
Now H20?? does that double or change by factor of ten up and down over and over?
What is the variation in humidity in the tropics. how does that relate to the PPM of H20 as vapor, not clouds?

In science the person who has done some asks, if two things have similar properties and one is doubling and the other is changing by orders of magnitude and some similar properties overlap does the minor have any meanful effect.

When the dew point change from 30 degrees to 80 degrees what are the PPM of H20 doing??
It may not be obvious from the most common presentations in the Wiki SO I did my own.
The relationship of dewpoint and mass of water in the atmosphere has been expressed in many empirical equations.
I choose to use Goff-Gratch.
