Of course, the recovery is real. It may not be as strong as we would like for a whole host of reasons but the recovery itself is very real.

why do you believe the recovery is real?

Of course it is REAL but too many these days just aren't feeling it either underemployed, can't build any equity or live a high cost lifestyle they can't escape courtesy of our debt based binge the past 15 years. Many others are just angry ideologue's...
