Skipper:My take is that the split will be approved by shareholders, but if they vote it down I don't expect the stock will go down much because of it as it is already down quite a bit.I am sure cpq management and shareholders are all very diassapointed in the the recent price performance but keep in mind that it has nothing to do with the overall performance of the company.Just my few cents worth.
