The big consciousness picture, IMO, is, what are advanced sentient beings like? It is almost a 100% certainty that intelligence is pervasive throughout the universe. So what is that all about? What do they do? What are there interests? How do they avoid boredom? Do they have sex-lol? What is it? It is so unimaginable because even we can have some understanding of something being trillions of times smarter than we. Maybe that is really the question we need to be asking? What is the human brain doing-lol? Is our brain only one form of it. Probably. Does intelligence have just one form or many? Is it one specific thing myriad things and is it relative and relative to what? We may very well find it hiding in the complexity of quantum physics. Just got off the phone with miss goody two shoes. We usually just laugh. She is funny. Her husbands dad was the chairman of the UC Berkeley statistics department. She said, he said about lotteries: If you buy a ticket your odds go way up-lol!
