I don't know who to blame - certainly not GEYI!

Alphakat, the Kochs, Covanta - all are to 'blame' , IMHHO.

Perhaps the technology was not up to the task. But I have researched it in depth and short of building it myself and vetting it personally, I thought it would work. Covanta took the cautious route to check it out and never (yet) decided to go 4 it.
