Oops, disregard #1694. I remember a while back when there was intense discussion about the transferring of stock involving NAMX. I remember Bob telling people that Paul called him and got VERY upset when Bob instructed his broker to hold his certificates and not send them to the Agent that Ebeling wanted him to. I remember Bob saying that Ebeling got VERY upset when he informed him that his broker was going to hold his certificates and not send them to Paul's people(i think it was Holiday Transfer, not sure will check). I fortunately found this fascinating article in Business Week that explains A LOT of stuff that I had questions about. I'm sure it will also clear up a lot of questions other people had about this particular scenario...The article is found here: businessweek.com
