Sorry for duplicating the thread. I frankly forgot about the old one. I talked with a rep. from the company this morning. Here's a summery; 1. Suit with Acutec is still in discovery. Acutec is not selling any product in the U.S., but is the main competetor in Europe. 2. 300K shares of the 1 million approved for buyback have been purchased. Look to the next report for further buying by the co. 3. Orders have been strong so far this quarter for Breath Right and Near Clear. 4. P.R. rollout for Banish to start in Q1, and ad campaigh perhaps in Q3 or Q4. Other than that the man said nothing has changed fundamentally for the company. Best of Luck to all.
