Steve, it's our fault because we as Americans expect too much. I mean, if the water looks brown coming out of the hotel faucet, so what? Many Russians have to live with that. If the elevator doesn't work, man up and take the stairs! If your hotel room has spots on the carpet, curtains that aren't properly installed, rat droppings on the ground, and cameras in the bathroom, get used to it and stop being a spoiled Kardashian.
