Bryan, -
<<< I still have over 4,000 warrants that I will not convert at these prices. I am not going to sell them either. American Bingo and Gaming can kiss the money good-bye. >>>

Please, please, please, at least sell the warrants. Do not throw money away for the sake of spiteing the company, for you are cutting your nose off in the process. Take what proceeds you can get from the sale of your remaining warrants and take a cruise or something. Sell them and give the money to charity, or amongst the homeless. If I told you there were 2- $1,000 bills lying out in your back yard, I'm pretty sure you'd go out back to pick them up, and not let the wind blow them into the neighbor's yard.

The strategy I would follow if I was in your shoes would be to hold 100 warrants right up the the last minute, (literally) in case there was a last second rush to buy to cover. The other warrants would be sold, and the tax-loss taken, ( you have to sell in order to get the tax loss), and I would put the 3,000 X 11/16 in my pocket.

Please re-consider.

Bryan and George,

>> I am mad as hell that for whatever reason, the warrants have dropped thru the floor.<<

I have an $8,000 paper loss in the stock, never had the warrants but may still buy some. However I am mad as hell at people like you two because you overextended yourselves and drove down the price of my shares. Wake up people, you tried to get rich quick and failed. When blaming people look in the mirror first!!!

Then on top of it you want to compound the problem by not converting and teaching management a lesson. Which financial book did you get that one out of?

Extending the warrant period will not help as most of the overextended will not be able to raise the required money anyway. Also BNGO is not in a vacuum here. Anyone notice that the market in general is in a slide this past few days. If we extend and it goes below $5 what will you guys propose then?

The most logical and financially sound thing to do is convert if you can or sell and salvage what you can. Any other strategy is illogical at best.

Sorry for the long post but you guys just got to me with your so called strategy.
