LOL!

At 35... body surfing Horseshoe Bay in Hawaii. Great couple of hours in the water, with 20 - 30 foot waves. It was wonderful... having the time of my life, no where near any snow, or any sub zero temperatures.

Chased after another spectacular wave, not seeing the fast rogue lapping it from behind. Everyone else saw it and ducked out. The two waves merged... making one wave 50 feet +, giving me a very fast ride up, first... and then as the wave sucked all the water off the beach... I dropped 50 feet off the crest, smacked hard on the packed sand after falling off a 5 story building, landing on my shoulder... then had a 50 foot wave fall on me and scrub me along the bottom like a rag doll for about a minute and a half.

You really only need to do that once per lifetime.

The daily exercises... to keep your arm from falling off, get it moving again, and keep it moving... ensure you will continue to remember and enjoy the experience to the maximum extent possible, for a long, long time.

Fortunately, global warming hadn't kicked in yet, then... or the wave would have been 50.3 feet tall, and the fall from that additional height probably would have killed me.
