Commercial is way up. An insurance company is putting on a $130,000,000 addition and the power plant has a $75,000,000 addition which provides a solid base for construction. There are an additional 6 commercial projects (factories) under bid with another large box store (Sam's Club) moving in for a 7th reportedly.

One contractor alone has 40 basements booked alone. Residential is going from 0 to solid over the winter.
Infrastructure remains solid, down slightly in our area but will be up considerably next year with a large highway project.

This is the first time since the recession that I have seen a well balanced expansion. Money is available and companies are now willing to take a risk to meet demand.
