I agree with you on all points. I think INVN escaped a very damaging situation pretty lightly though we may never know the complete set of issues. I'm guessing they were at a point where they just needed to take their medicine and get it settled. I'm guessing some dirty laundry showed up on the STM side too though we may never know.

The ADI acquisition was very expensive even if they don't pay more, but I am with you that it has potential in INVN's hands and was seemingly already relegated to step-child status at ADI. I'm also interested in buying the Knowles spinoff and it may be getting close --- I thought last year they were saying first qtr 2014.
