He has to earn it. If he converts his entire motor pool to electric vehicles, I might consider it. If he puts PV or windmills on every one of his buildings, I might consider it. If he does both, I will.

I also was referring to his past posts where he may have said that voting for Obama was like voting for Reagan (Reagan 3rd term).
