Everything else is how it will occur.. I stated if 1944 was hit and held then I would not consider 1270. Has 1944 been hit? On an aside, has 21 been hit been hit re BAC? Then I still consider 13.50 for the down. That is to help you understand it's not whether a NEW HIGH is made. It's from what AREA. 19.44-4.86-14.58-1.62=12.96+.54=13.50 But what about counting from 21? 21 is not the number to count. 19.44 is? Whether it be MSFT/GE/UPS/CAT/JPM or spx, spy, there is a relationship to the numbers presented. It's understanding such and then plotting. NO MAGIC. Just numbers with FA to keep it REAL. How's the FA for the world? The USA? Before you criticize another it is good to understand their work. Or ask and accept the answer.
