I don't expect R2O to explain what is wrong because there in nothing wrong. All Presidents before Obama used more Executive Orders than he has. There is nothing that says that just because he is an African American President he cannot use Executive Orders on white folks. At least white folks particularly those bloggers that R2O subscribes to are of the opinion that he cannot order white folks. I am almost certain that he is relaying what he reads on those blog sites. But hey, I may be wrong and he may have a reason. We have to just wait and see.
