Re OVLY - based on the bid/ask toward the close, there still might be some overhang. I saw some large blocks on offer at 10.28$ or thereabouts, but most trades were at the bid. So, maybe the apparently very motived seller is not done yet.

The whole situation is somewhat interesting. First the fairly generous dividend after paying nothing for 20 years, since founding. Then an officer from a different bank in a totally different location put 5-6M$ (depending on his purchase price) of his money in the bank. I wonder if he has been pressing for changes and the dividend is a result of this.

Now it seems that at least one large owner is selling (based on yesterday's volume). When i looked at the bank first, I thought that the founder might be at the point in their life, where they would like to sell out. They have done a decent job running this bank, but running a bank in the central valley wasn't much fun in the last 7 years or so, I think. I think it is a decent value here, not as good when I bought it first at 8$, but. I think they got their wind on their back.

FWIW, I also opportunistically sold my few FMCB shares at 448$ (fully valued around 14.5-15x earnings, but it is a great bank).
