Being pedantic, the Injuns were not from Asia, they were from Africa. You should try history some time: <any way the injuns weren't 'native' they were from Asia > In regular english, they were native to America. Maoris arrived in NZ only 800 years ago, but they are called native. Non-African people all came from Africa, and only 30,000 years ago for the male line and 90,000 years ago for the female line [replacing all non-African humans of the times]. They spread out and became native to wherever, differentiating over the many millennia. Nobody went from France to America before the Asians arrived. < "Few if any archaeologists—or, for that matter, geneticists, linguists, or physical anthropologists—take seriously the idea of a Solutrean colonization of America." [4] Two recent DNA studies serve to weaken the case that Haplogroup X2A migrated to the Americas by way of the Atlantic>

Gaia required them to recycle carbon from vast graveyards of coal, oil, gas, tars, limestone, peat. We have been doing a good job. The question is whether we need to ease off on the rate of CO2 production.
