<<Does the acquisition of Valleylab in any way jeopordize the disposable
goods business w/MSON?>>

MSON is guaranteed royalties on the probes (the disposable) for the scalpel no matter who manufactures them.

USS can have anyone they choose make the probes or make them themselves. So far they have chosen Misonix. They have indicated that they do not see this relationship changing as a result of the Valleylab acquisition.

The weird thing is that the potential risk of not getting the probe manufacturing order always existed and would have been known to anyone who asked. Now that Misonix actually has an order to make the probes, the stock is down. Go figure.
