"Financials are coming out VERY soon. A lot of good information will be revealed then."

I was told that concurrent with the release of the financials for the shareholder's meeting that other news will be released which will give a lot of good information. The financials are just that, financials. The other news releases were scheduled to be made public at the same time. How could you misinterpret that? Do you remember the news releases on December 1?

David

Nervous: Please don't take this the wrong way...
Your last line..."If I'm concerned, so should everyone else".
That is, IMO, wrong thinking..
I am not the least bit concerned at this point in time..
I didn't expect IBM type of profits..I just wanted the company to show a positive direction in the last quarter, which I belive thay have..
I think the coming year, will prove us right.
In one of the news release, there are phone numbers of the company...I urge you to call them..
At least you will have first hand info, and this should maybe set your mind at ease.(hopefully)
Please forget about franco...he is not going to add one penny, or lose one penny for this company.
This is not a flame, either..
I just want to try to make some sugesstions to make you feel a little better, if you are a little nervous. al

lesson here - always call the company on any stock pick
I think there were some misconceptions
about the impact of the financials statements.
Some people did have it right though
and stated that the actions taken for the future
were what was important.
That was "actions" not "plans".
Those actions look good for price results.
When I called Mike, I wish I had done it sooner.

As I recall, I restated Yahoo press releases that stated there would be a modest loss for the FY ending May97(which is FY96) similar to the previous year. The Oct period was expected to be profitable and it wasn't. And ORCL was supposed to make 23 cents and it didn't. And APM was supposed to do 85 cents and it didn't. I could go on and on.
.
They were wrong, and I guess I was too for reporting what I read in the releases. Mea Culpa, but so what? The financials AND news were the keys to the meeting that Franco referred. So the financials of the PAST weren't as good as expected BUT the news is.

I didn't buy into this company based on what they DID IN THE PAST. I bought based on their agenda for growth in the FUTURE, 1 9 9 8 and beyond. The financials that you have reflect the Uinta COSTS (which was sold), AdHatters BEFORE Sears, LPS as an asset acquisition ONLY for NASDAQ listing support rather than the cash cow it can become, Coconino Oil and Gas BEFORE the M3/Pickens involvement, and EnviroTec BEFORE Class V approval.

Now, IMHO, those financials reflect the performance of a Company that is ORDERS OF MAGNITUDE DIFFERENT than the current Company. If anybody has a problem with this distinction, let me know.

When all the hands are played, I will either look as one slick savvy investor OR a complete contraceptive mishap buffoon!!
