chaz,

Holy Cow, Where to begin......

The bank credit lines for ANADAC and Identix are with quality banks and are standard business practices. Each year they increase as Identix deserves more credit.

Comanies that are doing what Identix is doing often plow profits back into the company. If Identix had not opened several more offices last year....they would have produced much better EPS. Often times it is better to use other people's money....you know that. There will be delution in the future...count on it. Identix must be able to build to much larger scale projects. This is not bad. I do not see where you find red flags in the balance sheet. It looks very strong to me. They have no long term debt and plenty of credit power. Identix is not an individual. It is a corporation. Bank debt is much better than credit card debt. 8.5% is not a bad rate for receivable factoring. Imperial bank is a well known merchant bank.

The SEC will not be drawn to investigate IDX based on your post. That is silly.

I have had a problem finding the write off you are speaking of.......Could you point out the place in the 10-Q where this is discussed?.....or how you came to this conclusion?

ps. Have you taken a position in IDX?......Most folks on the thread are happy to disclose their agenda. I'm curious as to your's. Why did your friend alert you to this stock? As you say you are unemployed....what did you used to do? What is your trade or profession?
