We have the cylinder swap deal with propane. Works great. Real quick. Don't have to wait for it to be filled.

However, a couple of months ago I brought the cylinder home and didn't use it for a week or two. When I tried to use it, the valve was broken. Couldn't open it. Outside of the fact that I had steaks ready to put on the grill, when I brought the cylinder back to the station, they denied that it came from them and accused me of trying to dump defective equipment on them. So not only did I have to eat the cost of the cylinder that THEY dumped on me, I had to go find a place to buy a brand new cylinder.

Translate that into replaceable batteries and you can see the problem.

It's more an issue of having no reason to WANT to participate in a pointless discussion... that isn't the reason I'm here, and isn't the reason the board is here ?

Which ever technology the market determines is better for electrics... IF ANY... it has no implication for global warming...

The assumption... that electrics will matter... forces the purveyors of electric technology to join the liars in the global warming debate, for now... as a part of marketing a technology that has no other obvious reason to exist, at present ?

But, the pissing contests between advocates of this or that specific technology ... aren't relevant to the science, or the anti-science, of global warming ?

I object to the unceasing effort to bury the topic... in off topic discussion...

Can't win the global warming debate on the merits ?

Change the subject... drag everybody off topic... to discuss something that will jam the channel... without being relevant.

It's the too common in the disruptive tactics of losers in debate...
