Lurker throws in the towel.

I've been long in Valence since April 1997 and have followed this thread since September. Theres been some good points in recent months about Valence's potential. Clearly theres an on going need for advanced battery technolgy. But I can't see VLNC has the vehicle.

My reasons for getting out.

1. CEO resign unexpectedly. I can think of no good reasons for this. The closet would be family/health concerns. But hey Roberto Guizeta was CEO of Coke until the day he died.

2. The utter vacuum of information from the company. This company belongs on the BB for the amount of info that it provides investors. The last statement that was sent to my home was almost useless except to see that their debt is increasing. Oh, hersay doesn't count to "real" info.

3. The strange number of off-shore deals and subsidiary companies. Why does VLNC need a Caymen Island holding company? At first I didn't think it was important but now it adds to air of management shenanigans.

Thanks VLNC for making 1997 a tax write off year. :-(
