I feel good for you since you are one of the select few who has benefited from ObamaCare. It reminds me of the orphan who is glad his mother didn't have an abortion because if she did, he wouldn't be alive today. But that don't mean I support Pro Life.

I haven't had a Prescription Drug plan since the late 1980s when I left the NYC Board of ED. as a high school teacher to start my own learning center, which I eventually sold to Sylvan, in early 2000.

Fortunately, I have had private insurance for the past 37 years (Old Major Medical) , which costs me under $460 a year for over 260K insurance per illness with a $1000 deductible. They pay 80% of all Doctor costs. The Doctors make so much they never bother to charge me the other 20%. In the past when I had detached retina surgery , NY Eye and Ear Hospital tried to put me in a private room since they would make more money when it was not necessary since I was an outpatient. But that plan only covers hospital/doctor visits. I did have additional Hospital only coverage with Empire in case I had a major operation and an extended stay in a hospital, but ObamaCare decided that my additional hospital only coverage wasn't to their liking so I got a bill from Empire charging me 3 times the monthly premium I was paying for services I didn't need since I was already covered by my private plan. It's Ok. I'll just have to hope that if I do get sick, it don't cost me more than 260K to fix the problem or otherwise I'll kill myself before I leave a penny above that amount to the Fascist Insurance Industry, ObamaCare.
